This support consists primarily of making smarter and more efficient choices of the platforms & services necessary for you to do business and make stuff happen. We then implement those choices for you - we set you up with what's best for you, or migrate you to what's best for you, and away from whatever price-gouging vendor traps you're currently in. We also strive to put ourselves out of a job - we ultimately document everything we've done and train you & your people to understand and interact confidently with the systems we've built and/or configured for you, so you won't need us forever. That's the way it's supposed to be.
